چکیده

Objectives: The objective of existent effort was topical proniosomal gel formulation and evaluation from the proniosomes Ciclopirox to improve poor skin penetration residence antifungal drugs. Methods: co-acervation phase separation method used prepare by using combination different grades non-ionic surfactant, cholestrol lecithin. Characterized for pH, encapsulation efficiency, Particle size, in vitro drug permeation. Selected batches were converted into evaluated ex vivo Then best fitted batch C5CF8 differentiate with marketed preparation release anti-fungal activity. Results: Proniosomal pH be there 5.61± 0.25 7.31± 0.06 efficiency 82.40 92.20% particle size 3.20 ± 0.15 6.45 0.20. In is between 37.65 57.04 %. Among formulations CF1, CF2, CF3, CF4 CF5 developed carbopol as C1CF2, C2CF32, C3CF5, C4CF6 these optimized showed permeation 59.39 0.10 % at 12 hr. a flux value 5.24μg/ cm2/hr., permeability coefficient 0.262 cm2/hr. higher correlation R2 0.9949 zero order hence follows kinetics. C5F8 prolonged zone inhibition compared Conclusion: Developed had potential act controlled carrier which number hours.

Formulation and Evaluation of Megesterol Proniosomal Systems

Over 40% of old and new drug molecules are implicated with poor oral bioavailability due to poor drug solubility in aqueous environment of gastro-intestinal lumen. Chemical methods to improve drug solubility are again limited, because any drastic change in the chemistry of molecules might result into loss of pharmacophore and thus loss of biological activity. Megesterol acetate, a synthetic der...
